A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO MASSAGE THERAPY
Medical Massage Therapy For Your Recovery
How I Roll :)
I’m not a “spa” massage therapist. I work with tough-cookie clients—people dealing with TMJ, scoliosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and those recovering from surgery or injury, just to name a few.
My sessions are designed to target the specific areas causing pain or dysfunction. They’re booked by time, but the structure depends on your needs:
30 minutes is usually enough to focus on one area of soft tissue—like the neck, foot, hand, or arm.
60 minutes allows for a broader approach, like addressing the entire shoulder girdle (arm, hand, neck included).
90 minutes is great for working across multiple fascial chains or spending more time on a complex area, such as scoliosis, where the spine, rib cage, pelvis, and shoulders all need attention.
While my work can be deep, it’s not about “no pain, no gain.” It’s about being specific, detailed, and effective.
If this sounds like what you’re kneading, I might just be the MT for you.
What is Kneaded of You
Massage is powerful, but real, lasting change comes from what you do every day, not just what we do in a session. Think of my work like a "deep cleaning" for your body: it lays the groundwork, but your daily upkeep keeps the results going.
Motion is lotion.
Foam rolling, stretching, and regular movement—these habits help you maintain and build on our work. I’ll give you tailored recommendations, but your follow-through is what turns short-term relief into long-term results.
This is a working relationship.
We’re a team. Together, we’ll help your body move better, feel better, and function at its best for the long haul.
And yes, the ultimate goal is to graduate you.
That means reaching a point where you don’t need to see me regularly—because your body is moving well, you're managing discomfort effectively, and you're confident in your own self-care. If we can get there, that’s a win for both of us.
One last thing—please, please, please fill out your intake form thoroughly.
The more detail you share—injuries, pain history, daily habits, stress levels—the better I can prepare for your session. It helps me understand you, not just your symptoms, so we can hit the ground running.
